Tickets for collection have moved to the North Stand Ticket Office.
Tickets purchased less than two working days before a match will need to be collected from the stadium on matchday and fans previously did so from the Valley Central drop-in centre in the north-west quadrant adjacent to the ground's main entrance.
However, due to the Family Activity Zone expanding its space in Valley Central, the ticket collection point will now be at the North Stand Ticket Office, located on Harvey Gardens.
Tickets for all matches will be available from the West and North Stand Ticket Offices up until one hour before kick-off when tickets for that day’s fixture will be on sale only.
Meanwhile, supporters are encouraged to buy their tickets online to avoid the queues on matchday.
Tickets for home matches that have been purchased online can be printed at home at supporters' own convenience. Simply bring the self-printed ticket to the turnstile and scan accordingly to gain entry to The Valley.
Alternatively, an e-ticket can be used by presenting the bar code on your mobile device at the turnstile. Fans should ensure their device is turned to a landscape orientation when scanning.
Fans that buy tickets online from our ticketing website can also have them delivered to a home or preferred address, if they are purchased at least 48 working hours before the fixture. Delivery for this is priced at £1.
