Valley Pass launched in the summer as the club’s premium video and audio service, offering fans live audio commentary, match highlights, an unrivalled archive and exclusive Charlton videos on demand.
The club is currently reviewing the Valley Pass video service to shape future content for the site and has therefore produced a Valley Pass survey.
We would like your feedback and ideas to help shape the platform around how you - the fans - want to see the video site function and what you would like to watch on the site.
We want to hear from as many fans as possible both in the UK and abroad, as well as people who may not currently subscribe to the service.
The short survey will take between 5-10 minutes to complete and to say thank you for your responses one fan will be chosen at random to win a copy of FIFA 2018 on Playstation 4.
Fans can complete the survey by clicking here and have until midday Friday, November 24th to be entered into the prize draw.
Valley Pass is the brand name of the club’s premium video service located on cafc.co.uk. For less than 17 pence per day fans can listen to live audio commentary of all first-team fixtures, watch extended highlights, newly-produced club features and take advantage of an archive of over 1500+ videos, including highlights from every first-team game from the past 25 years.
Survey responses will remain anonymous. However, the survey will ask you for your name and email address on the final question if you would like to be entered into the prize draw. One fan will be randomly selected after November 24th 2017 to win a copy of FIFA 2018 on Playstation 4. No cash alternative is available and further terms and conditions are available on request.
