Early-bird season ticket holders’ six months free access to Valley Pass will begin to expire this weekend and, as a result, we would like to inform supporters how they can renew their subscriptions.
As well as providing live audio commentary of all first-team matches of the season, hours and hours of video content is available to view on the club’s premium video subscription service.
That includes highlights of every single competitive Charlton match from the last 25 years, as well as a host of behind the scenes features and exclusive content.
What happens next?
Those who activated their free, six-month voucher will have an active Valley Pass subscription until the expiry date listed under ‘My Account’ and they will not be able to purchase a new subscription until the current six-month one ends.
After this date, you can keep accessing Valley Pass by clicking ‘Join Now’, which is located on the ‘My Account’ page. This button will only appear once your current subscription comes to an end.
Similar to how you subscribed for the free trial, you can now select either a monthly pass or an annual pass and will be able to enter any billing information to complete the sign up.
Please note that the Internet Explorer web browser is discontinued by Windows and Valley Pass therefore does not work with Internet Explorer. Fans using Internet Explorer should look to use alternative browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Safari.
Why should I remain signed up to Valley Pass?
In the six months since Valley Pass launched, over 1,500 videos have been released, including popular features such as a ‘A Day in the Life of Karl Robinson’, ‘Ezri Konsa and Jay Dasilva – Bright Young International Things’ and the in-depth Valley Stories interviews with Johnnie Jackson, Alan Curbishley, Lee Bowyer and Keith Peacock.
New features are planned throughout the rest of the season, which have been guided by fans through a recent survey.
As well as live commentary from every first-team fixture home and away, Valley Pass subscribers receive match highlights, press conferences and exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes access from Charlton’s Sparrows Lane training ground.
