The Valley hosts Sidemen FC v YouTube Allstars on Saturday afternoon for the second year in a row, with a crowd of over 14,000 expected in SE7.
For any first-time visitors to The Valley, here's a few things which are important to know before heading to the home of Charlton Athletic...
- With parking restrictions in place in the local area, spectators are advised to use public transport
- London Buses 472, 486, 161, 177, 180 and 380 all stop near The Valley.
- Trains from London Charing Cross & Cannon Street and from Dartford and Gillingham all stop at Charlton Station (Please check TFL channels for potential engineering works)
- The match kicks off at 4pm, but spectators are advised to be in their seats 15 minutes before kick-off
- On arrival at the stadium, for security purposes your bags will be subject to search as a condition of entry. If possible, please do not bring bags on the day.
- Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside The Valley
- Entering the playing area (pitch) is a criminal offence (S4 Football Offences Act 1991)
