Lee Bowyer’s boys will be hoping to make it three consecutive league victories on Saturday when they head to Bradford City. Over 300 Charlton fans have already purchased tickets for the match and, below, is a guide for all of the those Addicks making the trip to Yorkshire…
This season, the traveling Addicks will be housed in the left-hand side of the Northern Commercials Stand (as you look at the pitch), which runs alongside the pitch.
This is a change from previous seasons where we have been situated behind the goal. The view of the pitch is good and the leg room is fine.
The usual stuff is available inside the ground, while there are a number of traditional cafes and chippies in the streets surrounding the ground. There is also a café inside the club shop.
The Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane admits away fans. The Corn Dolly, Park Hotel and Haigy’s are also recommended. Alcohol is available inside the ground.
The postcode is BD8 7DY. There is plenty of street parking available in the nearby roads, although it is best to arrive in plenty of time to avoid the inevitable search for a space.
Trains run directly from London Kings Cross to Bradford Interchange. It is a bit of a walk to the ground, but buses 622, 623, 626 and 662 all run directly to the stadium.
Over 300 Addicks have secured their places for Saturday’s clash in Yorkshire. They will be on sale on the day. For more information, please click here.
