Addicks boss Lee Bowyer has made four changes to the Charlton side that beat Doncaster Rovers at the weekend for Tuesday's game against Walsall with a surprise starting place for striker Lyle Taylor.
The summer signing, who has netted eight goals in his opening 16 games for the club, was substituted after 63 minutes on Saturday but will be ready for action tonight. He will be joined up front by Igor Vetokele, who starts in place of Karlan Grant.
The other two players substituted on Saturday do miss out though through injury. Naby Sarr comes in for Anfernee Dijksteel and is expected to be playing at left-back with Chris Solly moving to his right back position, while Darren Pratley will replace Ben Reeves.
Tariqe Fosu also starts with Jamie Ward dropping to the bench.
There is also a place on the bench for the first time in a league game for Toby Stevenson. The 18-year-old defender scored an incredible hat-trick on his debut for the club in the Checkatrade Trophy against Stevenage last month.
Charlton are expected to line up with Jed Steer in goal. Solly, Krystian Bielik, skipper Jason Pearce and Sarr in defence. A diamond in midfield with Josh Cullen holding, Pratley and Joe Aribo ahead of him with Fosu playing behind Vetokele and Taylor.
Full commentary of tonight’s game will be available on Valley Pass from 7.30pm.
