Play-off winning hero, Patrick Bauer, has donated a match worn shirt to help raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.
Bauer, who scored the winning goal in Charlton's Sky Bet League One Play-Off final against Sunderland, has also signed the shirt. The proceeds from the sale will go directly to the charity.
One man dies every 45 minutes from Prostate Cancer and the vital funds raised will be put towards groundbreaking research and to drive improvements and better support for those 330,000 U.K. men living with the disease.
Alongside this a 40-person strong 'Team Addicks' are also taking part in the annual London to Amsterdam bike ride to also raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.
The signed and worn 2018/19 third kit has been put up for auction by Player Liaison officer, Tracey Leaburn, on eBay and supporters can bid for the item by following this link.
