Academy graduate Alfie Doughty has joined Bromley on loan until October 5th.
The 19-year-old made his senior debut for the Addicks at Milton Keynes Dons in the Carabao Cup last term and also embarked on a loan with Isthmian Premier outfit Kingstonian where he impressed during a three-month spell.
Doughty was heavily involved in Lee Bowyer's first-team squad throughout pre-season and was handed his first start for the club in the Carabao Cup first-round clash with Forest Green Rovers last month. He now joins the National League side where he will gain more valuable senior experience.
He could make his debut for Neil Smith's men on Saturday afternoon when Bromley host Chesterfield at Hayes Lane.
