As the final international break of the year arrives, the Addicks wish the best of luck to five players who will be representing their countries in the upcoming international fixtures, with Josh Cullen, Conor Gallagher, Beram Kayal, Tom Lockyer and Naby Sarr receiving the call.
Sarr is the latest Addick to earn the chance to make his senior debut on the national stage. Sarr, who has previously represented France at U20 and U21 level, was called up by The Lions of Teranga for their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Congo on Wednesday and Eswatini on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Gallagher receives yet another call-up to the England U21s for the trip to Albania in their hunt for U21 EURO qualification on Friday. The Young Lions will then travel to Dotinchem where they will face The Netherlands in a friendly competition.
Cullen will be hoping to make an impact in the Republic of Ireland's friendly against New Zealand on Thursday before attention turns to next weeks must-win EURO qualification fixture against Denmark in front of the home crowd on Monday, November 18th.
Kayal has been named as part of Israel's plans for their upcoming EURO qualification matches against Poland and North Macedonia. Israel will host Poland in Jerusalem on Saturday before travelling to Skopje to take on North Macedonia the following Tuesday. They will need to win both games and rely on Austria to lose both of their games to be in with a chance of qualification.
And defender Lockyer will travel to Baku with Wales on Saturday as they take on Azerbaijan who sit at the foot of their EURO qualification group table. Wales will need a win there before returning home and needing yet another result in front of their home crowd against Hungary the following Tuesday to be in with any chance of making EURO 2020.
