Adam Matthews, Deji Oshilaja and Erhun Oztumer return to the Charlton side for Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off against Sheffield Wednesday at The Valley, while Alfie Doughty makes his first league start for the club.
The trio of Matthews, Oshilaja and Oztumer replace Chris Solly and Jason Pearce, who move to the bench, and the suspended Conor Gallagher, while Doughty comes in for Ben Purrington who was was sent home with illness late in the day, leaving five on the bench.

The versatility of the players selected means the side could operate in a 4-diamond-2, as they did in last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Cardiff, or a 3-5-2 as they did against Luton on Tuesday.
If Charlton Manager Lee Bowyer opts for the diamond, it will mean a back four of Matthews, Tom Lockyer, Naby Sarr and Doughty in front of goalkeeper Dillon Phillips.
Oshilaja would hold in midfield with Darren Pratley and Albie Morgan ahead of him with Oztumer playing behind the in form Jonathan Leko and Macauley Bonne.
In a 3-5-2 formation Oshilaja would drop into the back three, with Matthews and Doughty pushing up as wing backs.
With Ashley Maynard-Brewer missing through illness, the Charlton bench will consist of Nathan Harness, Solly, Pearce, James Vennings and Josh Davison.
