The first few names for ‘An Evening Through the Decades: the 80s and 90s’ have been confirmed, with the event taking place at The Valley on Thursday, January 30th.
Robert Lee, Bob Bolder, John Humphrey and Garry Nelson will all take a trip down memory lane, alongside Keith Peacock.
The legends will share stories about their time playing at The Valley and field questions from supporters. There will be a host of other famous names from the era present at the event, giving fans a chance to mingle with their heroes from the past.
There will be three ‘An Evening Through the Decades’ events taking place this season as part of the club’s Valley Centenary celebrations with the first, celebrating the 1960s and 1970s, proving to be a huge success in October, with tickets quickly selling out.
Tickets for the 80s and 90s events have already sold very well, before any names had even been confirmed, so supporters are urged to buy their tickets to avoid disappointment.
The intimate Q&A evening will boast some of the biggest names from what was a truly memorable pair of decades, with more guests set to be announced in due course.
