Beram Kayal has returned to his parent club Brighton & Hove Albion, bringing a premature end to his season-long loan at The Valley.
The midfielder made six appearances for the Addicks after arriving on transfer deadline day in August, but a groin injury picked up in November resulted in the 31-year-old undergoing a minor operation which has ruled him out of action.
Meanwhile, Joe Ledley has also left the club after his short-term contract came to an end. The club would like to thank both players for their time spent with Charlton and wish them all the best for the future.
