Charlton’s upcoming fixtures against Millwall (Saturday, April 4th), Brentford (Friday, April 10th), Reading (Monday, April 13th), Birmingham City (Saturday, April 18th) and Wigan Athletic (Saturday, April 25th) have been postponed.
This follows last week’s news that all remaining games in March have been postponed.
A statement on Thursday from the FA, Premier League and EFL read that it was “collectively agreed that the professional game in England will be further postponed until no earlier than April 30th”.
It was also agreed by The FA’s Board that the deadline for the season to be finished by June 1st would be “extended indefinitely for the 2019/20 season”.
Tickets already purchased for the postponed fixtures will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. This includes official club travel tickets for the away fixtures.
Supporters who have purchased a match ticket and are unable to attend the rearranged date will be eligible for a refund. Please note any refunds must be claimed no later than seven days after the announcement of the new date. Match ticket refunds will begin to be processed once the rearranged dates have been confirmed. The club will email ticket purchasers once the rearranged dates have been confirmed.
