There are currently delays in the delivery of orders from the Valley Superstore.
Due to a low staffing levels because of the Covid-19 pandemic the shop is backlogged with orders.
Supporters are reminded that the ‘Click and Collect’ option isn’t currently available. All orders that have been placed as ‘Click and Collect’ will be held in store until it re-opens.
Supporters are also reminded that once an order has been placed, the sizing can’t be changed. Additionally, once an order is complete it can not be added too.
Please note returns are taking longer to process as due to government safety guidelines a returned package can’t be opened for 72 hours.
Shop Assistant Manager, Kenny Wilkins, said: “We are sorry for the current delays fans are experiencing when ordering from the club shop. The pandemic has meant we have had to adjust our staffing levels and some of our processes. Our staff are working as fast as we can and will continue to do so. We are grateful for your patience at this time.”
