Charlton's push for survival continues as they take on Reading at The Valley on Saturday afternoon (12.30pm).
Despite suffering defeats in their last two outings, there have been plenty of positives for the Addicks to take and will remain in confident mood ahead of the meeting with the Royals as they look to keep their distance from the dropzone.
Reading, meanwhile, head to SE7 off the back of a goalless draw with Huddersfield Town in midweek. They have earned one win, two draws and two defeats in their five games since the restart.
Lee Bowyer will check on the fitness of Andre Green ahead of Saturday after the loanee received an injection on a toe injury.
Tomer Hemed will be available after being rested for the midweek trip to Brentford, while Lewis Page has returned to training this week.
For Reading, Ovie Ejaria missed out in midweek with an ankle injury and will be doubtful for Saturday, but Matt Miazga will be available again after serving a three-match ban.
Charlton Boss Lee Bowyer: "Reading are another good side but it’s a game where I think if we turn up and do things right, we’ve got as good a chance as they do. The most important thing is that we keep fighting, pushing and sticking together until the end."
Reading boss Mark Bowen: "They went up against Brentford away from home on Tuesday. It’s there to see – what can happen if we take our eye off the ball, treat them lightly. I fully expect a hard and difficult game against Charlton and we have to be fully prepared for that.”
Charlton and Reading have met on 42 previous occasions with the Addicks winning 15, the Royals 16 and the remaining 11 ending in draws.
Lee Bowyer's men won the reverse fixture 2-0 at the Madejski Stadium in August and Charlton's last victory over Reading in SE7 came in March 2015 with Yoni Buyens' double and Simon Church's strike sealing a 3-2 win.
Darren Bond will be the man in the middle on Saturday afternoon. He has taken charge of 31 games this season, producing 103 yellow cards and two reds.
It will be the third time he has refereed the Addicks this term having officiated the 2-2 draw with Cardiff City at The Valley in November and the 1-0 victory at Nottingham Forest in February.
All of the remaining games of the 2019/20 season are being played behind closed doors and supporters are reminded to maintain social distancing guidelines and to stay away from stadiums when matches are taking place.
