Supporters who purchased a cardboard cutout 'crowdie' can now arrange to collect theirs from The Valley to keep and have until Saturday, September 12th to let the club know that they wish to collect theirs. If contact has not been made to arrange a collection, then the remaining cutouts will be disposed of.
Our team have been busy getting your crowdies and flags ready for your collection. If you purchased a crowdie or sent in your flag you will find the information below on how to collect it.
If you have a Crowdie you would like to collect:
Please email addicks.fans@cafc.co.uk with the subject “CROWDIE COLLECTION” and the following information:
- Your name
- A copy of the Crowdie certificate you received when purchasing (This should have a picture of your crowdie)
- The date & rough time you would like to collect from the Valley (MON-FRI 9AM – 5PM)
We will then confirm with you that your Crowdie is ready for collection via email. When collecting your Crowdie please head to the main West Stand reception and wait outside the doors while our security assist you.
If you have a flag you would like to collect:
Please email addicks.fans@cafc.co.uk with the subject “FLAG COLLECTION” with the following information:
- A description of your flag
- A photograph of the flag (if possible)
- The date & rough time you would like to collect from the Valley (MON-FRI 9AM – 5PM)
We will then arrange for your flag to be available from Main Reception on the date you would like where a member of the team will assist you. Please note, you will be asked to identify the flag once again.
Due to the current social distancing measures we kindly ask where possible that only ONE person comes to collect items.
