Chuks Aneke has seen his goal against Swindon Town on Saturday nominated for the Carabao Cup goal of the round.
His first competitive goal of the season came in the dying members of the game as the striker weaved past two defenders from the left before smashing home at the near post from inside the area.
The goal ensured that Lee Bowyer's side would head through to the next stage of the competition where they will face West Ham United on Tuesday, September 15th.
Aneke is up against Swindon's Jonny Smith who found the net in the same game, Reading's Lucas Joao, Plymouth Argyle's Frank Nouble and Cheltenham Town's Liam Sercombe.
