Charlton Athletic would like to congratulate Payroll Manager, Belinda Miller, on 30 years of service to the club!
Belinda started working in the old club shop at The Valley on October 15th, 1990, the same day Ticket Office Manager, Katie Cowling (pictured below) was born!
She then moved into the finance department in 1997, handling the casual payroll, before becoming Payroll Manager in 2014.
"When I started, I wouldn't have anticipated that I would have been here so long, but it's a great club. We've been through a lot of good times and bad times and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
"There have been bad times where I've thought 'should I leave?' but it holds me here. It's the people and the staff, I just love the club and it's that love of the club that's always kept me here."
Belinda's 30 years was toasted at The Valley on Wednesday afternoon where she was presented with a hamper of gifts and video messages of congratulations from colleagues past and present, including Addicks boss Lee Bowyer.
Congratulations on your 30 years of service, Belinda, and thank you for your hard work and dedication!
