Season-ticket holders who were successful in the ballot for a ticket to Wednesday's game against Milton Keynes Dons will have been sent email confirmation on Monday giving them instructions on how to redeem their ticket for the game.
Supporters were given 24 hours to redeem their seats, which must be redeemed by 1pm on Tuesday, December 1st. Supporters can get in contact with the ticket office if they have any queries.
Supporters aged over 70-years-old or with underlying health conditions will have the opportunity to opt out. This means a few more tickets will become available on Tuesday - based on those opting out and those not redeeming. These tickets will be decided by a ballot of season-ticket holders, in the same way the tickets were initially distributed. Season-ticket holders who didn’t receive an email on Monday are advised to keep an eye on their email and junk email on Tuesday.
Season-ticket holders who are not successful in the ballot will have CAFC Cash uploaded to their accounts in time to purchase a streaming pass for Wednesday’s game using CAFC Cash.
The club would like to thank the supporters for their patience at this time. Everyone at the club has been working hard to get supporters back to the stadium and we’re looking forward to seeing those that are able to attend at The Valley on Wednesday.
