The deadline for season-ticket holders who were successful in the club’s ballot to redeem their ticket for Wednesday’s game against Milton Keynes Dons has now passed.
The club’s ticketing office will calculate how many tickets remain unredeemed for Wednesday’s game.
Tickets will become available to all season-ticket holders living in Tier Two on a first come, first served basis from 2.30pm until 6pm on Tuesday.
Season-ticket holders who are in Tier Two but don’t get access to redeem tickets when they become available at 2.30pm, should email tickets@cafc.co.uk with "TIER TWO" as the subject header. The fans’ support with the process is much appreciated.
Once the second redemption deadline has passed, the club’s ticket office will calculate how many tickets remain for Wednesday’s game and tickets, should there be any left, will become available for purchase to all supporters as soon as possible, using the club’s loyalty point system.
We are excited to welcome 2,000 supporters back into The Valley on Wednesday to cheer on Lee Bowyer and his team. We would like to thank the supporters for their patience and commend the club’s ticketing office for working around the clock and managing the logistical challenge of Wednesday’s game given the short notice.
We are looking at our processes and procedures around ticketing ahead of the December 12th game against AFC Wimbledon and would welcome the feedback and views from supporters to help influence our thinking. If supporters have any thoughts, please contact the ticket office from Thursday by emailing tickets@cafc.co.uk.
To help manage the process with CAFC Cash, supporters have today had CAFC Cash for December removed from their accounts. This will be placed back in on a game-by-game basis. Supporters will be able to access CAFC Cash to purchase Wednesday’s live stream from Wednesday morning.
Season-ticket holders who have access to the first come, first served ticketing process, this afternoon, will get CAFC Cash owed for the game should they not redeem a ticket. Season-ticket holders who were successful in the first ballot will not receive CAFC Cash for Wednesday’s game, even they choose not to attend the game, unless they have opted out on medical grounds.
