Following the change in government guidelines, as Charlton falls under a Tier 2 zone, fans will now be able to purchase gifts and drop them to The Valley to be part of the Giving Tree.
In previous season, hundreds of kind-hearted fans have donated gifts for children in less-fortunate circumstances and, once again, supporters are invited to donate to the cause.
This year's campaign is split between the Charlton Athletic Community Trust, who will pass on gifts to children, while gifts can also be donated for older patients via Greenwich and Bexley Hospice.
Fans will need to go onto our booking website, and select the gender and age of the child they would like to purchase for. There will also be an option to select a gift for Greenwich and Bexley Hospice.
Gifts can then be dropped to Main Reception at The Valley from Friday, December 4th. Please ensure that the gifts are unwrapped, and are dropped off in a clear bag alongside a note stating who donated the item, and which category of recipient the gift is for.
Greenwich and Bexley Hospice have outlined the following items as suggested donations;
• Toiletry sets for men and women
• Poinsettia plants / table top Christmas Trees
All gifts will need to be dropped at The Valley before Monday, December 14th, to ensure adequate time to distribute.
Thank you for your continued support.
