The club’s ticket office will open for in-person purchases for the first time since the start of the pandemic on Tuesday.
As part of the return of the availability of in-person purchases, the ticket office will be trialing adjusted opening hours.
There has been a large increase in online ticket purchasing since the start of the pandemic, with more than 70% of the club’s 2021/22 season tickets sold on the club’s ticketing website.
With more and more Charlton fans familiar with purchasing online, the club will trial the adjusted hours with the ticket office will remaining closed for in-person purchases for an additional day a week.
There will be no change in the hours supporters can purchase online or over the phone.
The trial period will run throughout the remainder of July and through August.
The updated opening hours are as follows:
Monday: In-person: 1pm-5pm, Telephone: 1pm-5pm, Online: 24 hours a day
Tuesday: In-person: 9.30am-5pm, Telephone: 9.30pm-5pm, Online: 24 hours a day
Wednesday: In-person: closed: Telephone: 9.30pm-5pm: Online: 24 hours a day
Thursday: In-person: closed, Telephone: closed, Online: 24 hours a day
Friday: In-person: 9.30am-5pm, Telephone: 9.30pm-5pm, Online: 24 hours a day
Saturday: Open from 10am on matchdays but not open after the match, closed on non-matchday Saturday, Online: 24 hours a day
Sunday: In-person: closed, Telephone: closed, Online: 24 hours a day
