Charlton goalkeeper Craig MacGillivray has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month accolade for December.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
Commenting on the stopper’s nomination, the EFL panel said: ‘Consistent all season, MacGillivray has been a calm presence and cornerstone in Charlton’s revival. He pulled off a number of reaction saves against Cambridge to underpin his side’s victory, conceding just one goal in three games.’
The Addicks’ number one is up against Rotherham United’s Dan Barlaser, Sunderland’s Alex Pritchard and Oxford United’s Matty Taylor for the December accolade, with the winner set to be announced on Friday, January 7th.
