Jason Pearce joined the Addicks’ academy set-up in June 2022 following his retirement as a player.

Initially appointed as the Lead U18s Coach, Pearce was promoted to Senior Professional Development Phase Lead Coach at the end of the 2022/23 season, with the responsibility of overseeing the technical and tactical development of players between the ages of 17 and 21, whilst maintaining his role with the U18s.

A former club captain, the defender made 175 appearances for Charlton and lifted the Sky Bet League One play-off trophy at Wembley in May 2019.
