Elisha N’Dow committed to a third season with the Addicks after signing a new one-year contract in July.
The defender, who initially joined on loan from Aston Villa ahead of the 2022/23 campaign before signing a permanent contract the following summer, has been a regular at centre- back for Karen Hills’ side over the previous two seasons, making 48 appearances in all competitions.
Her efforts contributed heavily to Charlton having the most miserly defensive record in the Women’s Championship last season, making 18 league appearances and scoring once as the Addicks finished second.
One of the squad’s most experienced players, and with leadership experience having previously been captain at Villa, N’Dow brings a level- headed energy to the dressing room and out on the pitch, but she isn’t afraid to commit to a strong challenge and rarely loses an aerial battle.
A Villa academy graduate, N’Dow made over 150 appearances for her childhood club across eight years, leading them to the 2019/20 Women’s Championship title and helping them maintain their Women’s Super League status on the final day of the following season.
