Karoy Anderson is a Charlton academy graduate who signed his first professional contract in October 2021.

Anderson, who has captained the club's U21 side, made his debut for the club in November 2022, scoring on his very first appearance for the Addicks in an EFL Trophy match against Plymouth Argyle.

The midfielder enjoyed a loan spell with Aldershot Town in the latter part of the 2022/23 campaign, making eight appearances for the National League side.

In August 2023, he committed his long-term future to the club by signing a four-year contract, with the option of an additional year, having impressed for the men's first-team throughout pre-season.

Anderson received a first senior call-up for the Jamaica national team in October 2023 and made his debut in a CONCACAF Nations League tie against Grenada.
