Henry Rylah joined Charlton at U12 level and quickly gained a reputation for his pace and skill on the ball.

He won the inaugural Steve Clarke Trophy in May 2022 for his performances on the pitch and in the classroom.

Rylah signed a three-year professional deal with the club in May 2023, having impressed at U18 and U21 level. He went on to make three appearances for the first-team during the 2023/24 season.
