Toby Bower began training with the club at the age of seven before signing for the academy at U9 level.

Since joining the club’s esteemed academy set-up, Bower has worked his way through the age groups, eventually captaining the U18s to a third successive Professional Development League 2 - South title under Jason Pearce during the 2022/23 campaign.

The left-back’s consistency was rewarded with his first professional contract in May 2023.
