Kevin James joined the Addicks as a Professional Development Phase Coach in July 2023.

A former Charlton trainee himself, James now assists U18s boss Jason Pearce in his role.

He arrived at the club after participating in the Premier League, EFL and PFA’s Professional Player to Coach Scheme.
