Midfielder Mia Ross signed a new one-year deal in the summer to extend her stay with the Addicks into a fourth season.
Joining the club following her departure from Liverpool in the summer of 2021, she has been a prominent member of the squad ever since, making more than 20 appearances across all competitions in each of her three campaigns at Charlton.
A box-to-box midfielder, Ross is equally comfortable protecting the backline as she is causing a threat to the opposition defence when asked to play further forward, scoring on four occasions during her Charlton career.
The 21-year-old’s ability to adapt to the demands of each individual game and her wholehearted approach makes her an important figure in Karen Hills’ side.
A Liverpool academy graduate, the young midfielder’s talents have been recognised at youth international level, with Ross a current England U23 international having previously represented her county at the 2022 U19 European Championship.
