Valley Express

This time last year the decision was taken to review the club’s Valley Express service, with the service costing the club more than £20,000 per season.

Working with supporters, the decision was taken to keep the service going for the 2024/25 season, with minor adjustments made and supporters encouraged to bring friends and family along.

With the changes made, the service has experienced increased numbers during the 2024/25 campaign and will be close to break even by the end of the campaign.

Therefore Valley Express, which gives supporters the opportunity to travel to home games by coach, will continue for the 2025/26 season. The club would like to thank all the supporters involved in the consultation process last season and those who have helped get more people using the service this season.

Priced at £299, during Phase One, a season pass equates to just £13 per fixture with dozens of convenient pick-up points for supporters based in Kent and Sussex.

Loyalty points

The club operates a loyalty points scheme for supporters purchasing both match and season tickets.

Loyalty points reward Charlton fans for their support by providing them with ticket priority for in-demand away and cup matches.

Every time a fan purchases a ticket for a Charlton game, both home and away, they will earn loyalty points, providing they have assigned the tickets in advance using their Fan ID (previously CON number).

Please note, during the 2025/26 season, a supporter's loyalty points total will only consist of those accrued during the 2024/25 and 2025/26 campaigns. Points accrued during 2023/24 will not be valid beyond May 2025.

Jimmy Seed Stand

As the club works towards becoming the UK's most cohesive, sustainable community-driven club competing at an elite level, its considering ways to improve The Valley's atmosphere and matchday experience, and to make it a more efficient stadium to run.

For a few games next season against clubs with smaller away support, the club may close the Jimmy Seed Stand and temporarily place away fans in the south end of the West Stand Upper.

This would allow the club to test the impact before considering any permanent changes to where supporters are located in The Valley. Some fans may remember that previously the Jimmy Seed Stand was a home end, and this might be something that is considered again in the future as the club progresses - though of course no major steps will be taken without significant consultation and the input for the Fan Advisory Board.

The club have written to the West Stand Upper season-ticket holders who may be relocated to a different section for those specific matches.

Youth section

The 16-20 section was introduced last year in the Covered End West Quadrant with an aim of increasing younger fans' engagement in the club and enjoyment on matchdays. Supporters aged between 16 and 20-years-old can purchase their season tickets in this section at the discounted price of £125 for renewals, with the ticket priced at £130 for those purchasing for the first time.
