Annual academy and Valley Gold matchday
On Saturday, the club celebrates its esteemed academy with the annual academy and Valley Gold-themed matchday.
Make sure you’re in your seats during the half-time interval as the academy sides make their way around the pitch in a lap of honour, celebrating the continued success carried out by those at Sparrows Lane.
In addition to this, there will be a special half-time crossbar challenge taking place with the winner of this year's academy crossbar challenge.
Enjoy free activities on Young Greenwich day
From 1pm onwards, there will be live music and a DJ in Valley Central with arts and crafts, cake decoration, sport activities, face painting and lots more.
You will also be in with a chance of winning some exciting prizes by entering our prize draw on the day.

Eight Charlton academy graduates star on the cover of Saturday's Valley Review for the visit of Barnsley as the club celebrates its annual academy and Valley Gold Day.
In an exclusive interview, Academy Director Steve Avory discusses the long-lasting success produced by the academy and how it's achieved, as well as the notable performers who have made the step up into the first-team on a regular basis this season.

Before you enter the stadium, head to the Covered End where EFL partner Jameson will be offering free whiskey with ginger and lime on their unmissable Jameson-branded double-decker bus.
Head over to the Meantime Fans’ Bar
The Meantime Fans’ Bar will be opening its doors to supporters from 12pm and will serve a range of food and drink options in the build up to kick-off.
You can enjoy a variety of food and drink options in the Meantime Fans’ bar, including the following:
- Beef shin chilli tacos, sour cream, grated cheddar and lattice fries
- Five bean chilli tacos, guacamole and lattice fries (VE)
- Dirty fries
- Kids: chicken goujons and chips
The screens in the Meantime Fans' Bar will be showing Saturday's early kick-off which will see Crystal Palace host Manchester City, while post-game supporters will be able to watch Arsenal’s trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.
To help with the speed of service, supporters can order from their phones or devices directly to their tables using QR codes positioned around the Meantime Fans' Bar.
Try the new Meantime About Time beer
If you are in the Meantime Fans' Bar, Bartrams, Vista Lounge, Kiosks 8 and 9 and Club 1905, make sure you try a pint of the new About Time beer, created in collaboration between Charlton and club partners Meantime Brewery. Every pint sold will see Meantime donate 25p to Charlton Athletic Community Trust for women’s football initiatives in the local community.
Visit the Family Activity Zone
Young Addicks can enjoy plenty of fun in The Valley's Family Activity Zone (FAZ) which will be open from 12.15pm until 2.15pm ahead of Saturday’s clash.
Join the fun inside Valley Central’s FAZ and enjoy games of table tennis, table football, pool or represent Charlton on FC24! Younger Addicks can show off their colouring skills or draft a letter to their favourite Charlton men’s or women’s player in our letters to players box!
Outdoors, weather-permitting, you can jump into our popular two-v-two panna cage and take a shot at our inflatable target shooter and target donut games. What's more, you can also put your football skills to the test against fellow young fans with high scorers winning a special prize!
Make huge savings in the Valley Superstore
Supporters can enjoy big savings on the majority of club shop items on Saturday.
The Valley Superstore will be open until kick-off (3pm) and will then open for an additional 30 minutes after the full-time whistle.
Grab a picture with Floyd and Harvey
Charlton’s popular mascot duo can be found in and around the ground ahead of kick-off.
Make sure to snap a picture with the pair and share your photos on social media using #cafc for a chance to feature on the big screen.
