The club can confirm that Hannah Godfrey will depart Charlton at the end of December upon the expiration of her contract.
The 26-year-old defender signed for the Addicks in the summer of 2021 and was part of the club's first fully-professional women's team.
Godfrey was appointed vice-captain ahead of the 2022/23 season and helped lead the Addicks alongside former skipper Emily Simpkins.
Head Coach Karen Hills commented: 'I would like to wish Hannah all the very best going forward. She has worked so hard in getting back to full fitness after suffering an ACL injury last year and I look forward to seeing Hannah back on the pitch doing what she loves.'
