The club can confirm that Lois Roche will depart Charlton at the end of December following the expiration of her contract.
The 30-year-old midfielder joined the Addicks in the summer of 2021, becoming one of the club's first full-time professional women's players.
Roche was awarded Charlton Athletic Community Trust Champion in May 2023, commending her community engagements throughout the season.
Head Coach Karen Hills said: 'I would like to give my biggest thanks to Lois for her time at Charlton. Lois has been a great positive character to have around both on and off the pitch during her time at the club, and I wish her the very best for what’s next in her footballing career.'
