Charlton Athletic are pleased to confirm the club’s new fan engagement team, as part of its ongoing mission to become 'the most cohesive and sustainable community-driven club in the UK competing at an elite level.'
James Bell, who joined the club in 2022, has been promoted to Marketing, Fan Engagement and Matchday Production Manager and will lead the team. He will be supported by the club’s new Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) Isabelle Rogerson. The changes come as part of the new Fan Engagement Framework that was introduced at the end of September.
The fan engagement team will act as a first point of contact for supporters and will focus on improving matchday experience at The Valley. Supporters can contact the fan engagement team by emailing fans@cafc.co.uk.
The new framework includes the new Charlton Advisory Board, with voting currently open to elect two fan representatives to the Board. Click here to find out more on the candidates and to register your vote.
As part of the new framework, Fan Advocates Lucy Bishop and Lewis Catt remain in place and lead the Supporters’ Forum, an operations-focused group aimed at supporting the club’s off-pitch actions. Lucy and Lewis can be contacted at fanadviser@cafc.co.uk. The minutes from the most recent meeting can be found here.
