MATCH PREVIEW | Bolton Wanderers v Charlton

'

The Addicks are back on the road on Tuesday with a trip to the Toughsheet Community Stadium to take on Bolton Wanderers (KO 7.45pm GMT).

Charlton will look to bounce back from their first league defeat in seven at Rotherham United last weekend.

TEAM NEWS

Asked about the fitness of Kayne Ramsay (knee), Nathan Jones said: "Kayne got one of them innocuous injuries that was relatively serious. Praise the lord it wasn’t as serious as it could have been, and hopefully by the end of the month we'll have him back and firing."

THE OPPOSITION

Ian Evatt’s side currently sit ninth in the Sky Bet League One table, three points adrift of the play-off places.

Bolton rescued a late point in a 2-2 draw at home to Cambridge United on Saturday thanks to Zeno Ibsen Rossi's 90th-minute own goal.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Charlton and Bolton have locked horns on 98 previous occasions, with the Addicks winning 30, the Whites 47 and the remaining 21 meetings producing draws.

Greg Docherty and Matty Godden were both on the scoresheet in the reverse fixture as the Addicks ran out 2-0 victors in August 2024.

MATCH OFFICIALS

Jacob Miles will oversee proceedings on the night.

Miles will be assisted by Danny Jarvis and Mark Cunliffe, while Sebastian Stockbridge has been appointed as the Fourth Official.

COLOURS

The Addicks will be sporting their yellow away kit in Bolton.
