Miles Leaburn (hamstring), who was withdrawn at half-time during last weekend’s victory at Cambridge United, will be assessed by the medical team, while Dean Holden confirmed Mandela Egbo (quad) will come into the reckoning for Saturday's squad.
Todd Kane (hamstring) resumed light training with the first team on Thursday, though Lucas Ness (knee) is set to miss the remainder of the season with an injury sustained during the Addicks’ home game against Accrington Stanley a fortnight ago.
Charlton will also be without Joe Wollacott and Terell Thomas, who are away on international duty with Ghana and Saint Lucia respectively, and Corey Blackett-Taylor (hamstring) and Chuks Aneke (hamstring).
Tjay De Barr is available for the visitors having been granted permission by the Gibraltar FA to withdraw from their squad for upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against Greece and the Netherlands.
Jack Wakely, Jordan Obita, Dominic Gape, Curtis Thompson and Sam Vokes were all absent from the Chairboys' squad last weekend.
Wycombe currently sit eighth in the Sky Bet League One standings, four points adrift of the play-offs and with a game in hand on sixth-placed Bolton Wanderers.
Matt Bloomfield, who made over 500 appearances for the Chairboys across an 18-year spell, succeeded long-serving boss Gareth Ainsworth in late February. The 39-year-old has had six games at the helm to date, winning two, drawing one and losing three.
Wanderers travel to the capital on the back of a 1-0 reverse at home to high-flying Barnsley last weekend.
Charlton and Wycombe have gone toe-to-toe on 10 previous occasions with the Addicks winning six, the Chairboys three and the remaining meeting resulting in a draw.
The spoils were shared in the reverse fixture at Adams Park back in September as Jes Rak-Sakyi cancelled out Anis Mehmeti’s early opener.
Scott Oldham will oversee proceedings on Saturday. The official last refereed a Charlton fixture in December 2022 - the 3-1 defeat at Stockport County in the FA Cup.
Oldham will be assisted by Stuart Butler and Daniel Bonneywell, while Ryan Whitaker is the Fourth Official.
