TEAM NEWS
In Thursday's press conference, Nathan Jones explained that Kayne Ramsay, Tennai Watson, Lloyd Jones, Dan Potts, Chuks Aneke, Daniel Kanu and Tyreece Campbell remain sidelined through injury.
The hosts will be without Johnly Yfeko (hamstring), Patrick Jones (hamstring) and Yanic Wildschut (knee).
THE OPPOSITION
The Grecians currently sit 11th in the League One rankings, one place above the Addicks, albeit the teams are separated by goal difference ahead of this weekend’s bout.
Like the Addicks, Gary Caldwell’s side progressed to the second round of the FA Cup last weekend with an eight-goal thriller, picking up a 5-3 win against Barnet.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The two sides have met on 36 previous occasions with the Addicks winning 18, the Grecians 11 and the remaining seven meetings resulting in draws.
Charlton’s last visit to St James Park saw the spoils shared as an 87th-minute own goal from Cheick Diabate cancelled out former Addick Ben Purrington's early opener.
MATCH OFFICIALS
Matt Corlett will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s clash.
Corlett will be assisted by Thomas Staten and Richard Morris, while James Durkin has been appointed as the Fourth Official.
COLOURS
The Addicks will be wearing their yellow away kit in Devon.
