Charlton are proud to announce our fan engagement team, who are here to help provide the best service for supporters and improve your matchday experience at The Valley.
Lisa Squires, Jonny Lappert and Millie Edmundson have been appointed to the team with Squires acting as the club’s official Supporter Liaison Officer.
Lisa, a lifelong supporter, returns to the Addicks after spending 17 years working at Charlton from 2001.
Jonny has experience working in football having previously supported on a matchday at other football clubs in the UK.
Millie comes from a family of Charlton fans and set up the popular Instagram account @cafcmedia. She has been part of the club’s Youth Advisory Board and is a previous Pride of the Valley winner.
Owner and CEO Thomas Sandgaard said: “It is important for us that we are in regular dialogue with supporters and that we respond quickly when we receive questions or queries. The fan engagement team will be pivotal as we continue to listen and learn from supporters as well as focus on improving the matchday experience at The Valley.”
