Karen Hills' side progressed into round four of this season's Adobe Women's FA Cup after netting six unanswered second-half goals against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
The Addicks started the game brightly launching three quick attacks into the box orchestrated by Tegan McGowan on the left flank, but the hosts stood firm to clear any danger Charlton imposed.
The hosts launched their first attack in the 11th minute but the Cherries goalbound free-kick was safely gathered into the arms of keeper' Jess Gray.
Moments later Karin Muya took aim but her strike was well saved by Kosinska in the Bournemouth net.
The Addicks were awarded a corner kick in the 25th minute Beth Roe swung her cross into the area and met by the head of Kiera Skeels but her effort glanced wide of the post.
Charlton continued to mount pressure on the hosts McGowan this time with an effort on goal but her strike sailed over the crossbar, with the half ending goalless.
The second half resumed in similar fashion with the Addicks in search for an opening and in the 55th minute, Charlton took the lead through a fine Muya finish, her first in a Charlton shirt. The Addicks doubled their advantage within three minutes after Melissa Johnsons' close-range strike deflected off a Bournemouth defender and into the back of the net.
Just two minutes later, in the 60th minute, Charlton took a three-goal advantage after full-back Rebecca McKenna broke through on the edge of the box and threaded the ball into Muya who expertly slotted it into the back of the net.
Bournemouth, encouraged by a healthy crowd at the Vitality looked to mount a comeback, but in the 68th minute, substitute Angela Addison netted from close range to make it 4-0 to the visitors.
Ten minutes from time Carla Humphrey also netted for the Addicks and Johnson added her second in the 90th minute to send Karen Hills' side through to the fourth round of this season's Adobe Women's FA Cup.
