Dan Potts and Allan Campbell will make their full Charlton debuts in tonight’s Bristol Street Motors Trophy clash against Cambridge United as Nathan Jones makes 11 changes.

Elsewhere, Jamaican international Kaheim Dixon and academy prospects Alan Mwamba and Tommy Reid are involved in a matchday squad for the very first time.

The trio are joined on the bench by Josh Edwards, who has been sidelined for the last month with an ankle injury.

Charlton are expected to continue in a 3-5-2 formation with Rarmani Edmonds-Green, Zach Mitchell and Potts, who will captain the side, lining up ahead of goalkeeper Ashley Maynard-Brewer.

Tennai Watson and Tayo Edun will operate as wing-backs, with Terry Taylor, Karoy Anderson and Allan Campbell forming Jones’ three-man midfield behind strikers Matty Godden and Daniel Kanu.
