Tennai Watson will make his 50th appearance for the Addicks today with skipper Greg Docherty, Luke Berry and Matty Godden also returning to the line-up for this afternoon’s game against Wigan Athletic at The Valley.

Academy starlet Kai Enslin has been selected on the bench - the versatile midfielder’s first appearance in a league squad. The 19-year-old impressed on his Charlton debut against Bromley in the Vertu Trophy in December and has been a key part of Chris Lock’s title-challenging U21s side. 

Watson comes in for the injured Josh Edwards, while Karoy Anderson and Miles Leaburn move to the substitutes bench. Alex Gilbert misses out through illness.

Kayne Ramsay, Lloyd Jones and Macaulay Gillesphey once against start in a back three in front of Will Mannion.

Watson and Thierry Small are likely to operate as wing-backs with Docherty and Berry joining Conor Coventry in a midfield trio.

Godden will resume his partnership with Tyreece Campbell up front.

Enslin, Anderson and Leaburn are joined on the bench by Tommy Reid, Alex Mitchell, Tom McIntyre and Gassan Ahadme.
