George Jones reports
Charlton’s U23s could reach the final of the Kent Senior Cup this evening when they take on Welling United at Park View Road (7.45pm).
Only the Wings stand between the Addicks and a place in the final-two, and a victory would secure Jason Euell’s side’s third successive Kent Senior Cup final appearance.
They lifted the trophy by beating Gillingham at Priestfield Stadium in May 2015 and, last season, they lost out Dartford in an end-to-end encounter at Princes Park.
The Addicks overcame Hythe Town, Cray Wanderers, Bromley and Ebbsfleet United to reach last year’s final, while this year they have defeated Phoenix Sports and Margate to set up tonight’s last-four tie. Welling, meanwhile, have beaten Chatham, Dartford and Bromley to progress to the semi-finals.
Tickets will be available to purchase for tonight’s match from Park View Road. They are priced at £10 adults, £5 over 60s and under 17s, while under 12s are free.
Admission prices are the same for both seating and terracing, and they are only available to purchase on the night of the match using cash only. There have been no advanced sales.
