Jason Pearce and Akin Famewo are set to start for the Addicks this afternoon as Lee Bowyer’s side take on Shrewsbury Town.
Pearce will be making his first league start of the season, while Famewo will be starting for the first time since coming off injured against Portsmouth in October.

Jake Forster-Caskey’s last appearance was also in that 2-0 win at Portsmouth and he is back in the starting lineup after a short spell on the sidelines.
Ian Maatsen returns after missing Wednesday’s game through suspension and Chuks Aneke starts after coming off the bench in midweek.
With the flexibility of the side, the Addicks could lineup in a 4-4-2, 3-5-2 or a 4-diamond-2. If the latter, Chris Gunter, Pearce, Famewo and Ian Maatsen would start in a back four in front of Ben Amos. Ben Watson would hold in midfield, with Darren Pratley and Forster-Caskey either side of the diamond. Alex Gilbey would start behind the front two of Aneke and Conor Washington.
If Lee Bowyer opts for a 3-5-2 then Pratley would move into the back three and if a traditional 4-4-2 he may partner Watson in central midfield with Forster-Caskey and Gilbey operating from each wing.
The Charlton bench includes Ashley Maynard-Brewer, Ben Purrington, Jonny Williams, Adam Matthews, Omar Bogle, Albie Morgan and Aaron Henry.
Andrew Shinnie is injured, while Marcus Maddison is ill and misses the game, Ryan Inniss and Alfie Doughty are long-term casualties while Dylan Levitt and Deji Oshilaja are set to return to training on Monday.
