Women's Academy

When the FA disbanded their Regional Talent Club Programme at the end of the 2022/23 season Charlton Athletic Women rebranded their youth section as Charlton Athletic Girls Academy.

Charlton's Girls Academy U14, U15 and U16 teams now play in the Junior Premier League Warriors Elite divisions and cup competitions competing against girls teams which are an age group older. 

Our U12 and U13 academy teams participate in the Tandridge Youth League and Cup competitions playing against boys teams.

All of our academy teams have entered the London FA Girls Cup competitions for the 2023/24 season.

Beneath the academy, Charlton run a Girls FA Emerging Talent Centre for U10, U11 and U12 age groups where grassroots players train once a week.
