It's the second matchday in the Women's League Cup and Charlton are taking on local rivals Crystal Palace for the first time since their promotion to the WSL.
Here is all the information on the tie...
CHARLTON
The Addicks first game in the Women's League Cup was against WSL side Tottenham Hotspur. The game was closely contested but unfortunately the north London side won the tie 2-1. The Addicks scored their goal through Katie Bradley in one of the last minutes of the first half, bringing them level with Spurs and held them off well until Naz scored an unstoppable strike in the 85th minute giving Spurs the lead and the win.
CRYSTAL PALACE
Crystal Palace also lost their first game of the season to Aston Villa in a 2-0 defeat against the Birmingham Side. The South London side kept the game even for the first half but let in the first goal in the 74th minute and former Addick Katie Robinson doubled their lead in added time.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
In recent years, the Addicks have come out on top in the derby. In the last five games Charlton have won four and drawn one with the side from SE7 winning both games last year as they battled for promotion.
