Today, the Addicks head to the north of the country to face Newcastle for the first time ever.
The Magpies are new to the Championship, having won the Women's National League Northern Division by 11 points ahead of second-place Burnley.

CHARLTON
Charlton enter today's game on the back of their first defeat of the season, against London City Lionesses last weekend. After dropping points in their previous two matches against London City and Sunderland, Charlton are eager to return to winning form. Prior to these setbacks, they had won all their matches since the start of the season, securing 12 points from 12 in September.
NEWCASTLE
The newly promoted side have had a strong start to their campaign, currently sitting just three points behind the top three teams in sixth place, with a game in hand. Most recently, the Magpies delivered an impressive performance in the Tyne-Wear derby, winning 2-1. Their only loss so far this season came from a narrow 1-0 defeat to local rivals Durham.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
This will be the first-ever meeting between Charlton and Newcastle, starting a new record between the two teams!
